A 2-year-old died in last month's flooding. Now Barstow police have arrested the father on a murder charge

Brandon Padilla-Aguilera and his 2-year-old son were allegedly separated by floodwaters that swept through Barstow in September. On Friday, police arrested the 26-year-old father on suspicion of murder.
